Ion Engineered is the North American Exclusive Manufacturing Partner with HOF Hydraulic, manufacturing vane pumps, filtrations products, valving and other accessory items. The core product line is mobile and industrial vane pumps with direct interchanges to Dennison and Vickers. Ion can build or repair vane, piston, and gear pumps for all industrial and mobile applications as well as stock built pumps to meet equipment manufacturer's build schedules.

Ion Engineered is the North American Exclusive Distribution Partner and Build Center with Youli Hydraulic providing support to manufacturers and resellers alike. Our valve center can build monoblock/sectional directional valves and proportional control valves. Ion's engineering team can design and specify, or trouble shoot, any industrial or mobile valve applications. We can also stock prebuilt valves to meet equipment manufacturer's and truck upfitter's build schedules.
EATON BEZARES POWER TAKE OFF BUILD CENTER
Ion Engineered is the Mid-West PTO build center for Eaton-Bezares. Not only is Bezares the word's largest PTO manufacturer, they have engineered the highest quality and heaviest duty PTO's available. We can build and repair any light, medium or heavy duty PTO, as well as stock built PTO's to meet truck upfitting build schedules.
HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE HOSE ASSEMBLIES
Ion Engineered has a full hose shop capable of making any hose for industrial and mobile applications. We have dedicated assembly lines for braided and spiral reinforced hydraulic hoses, stainless steel and Teflon hoses, as well as polyurethane and nylon tubing for DOT and non DOT applications. Our wide hose selection along with our vast inventory of adapters and connectors, we can plumb up any system effiiciently.
Hydraulic and process filtration
Ion Engineered is a system's integrator for Hydac/Schroeder specializing in filtration and accumulator packages. Ion's engineering team can specify the correct filtration needed for industrial and mobile applications and stock filters and elements to meet in-plant scheduled maintenance schedules or equipment manufacturers build schedules. Oil testing and system troubleshooting is also available through Hydac/Schroeders' oil testing facility.
